Game crashes 13th september 2018 Be a Pro

I can't proceed to the next day from 13th of september 2018 in Be a Pro mode.
The Game is loading the Vuelta a Espana stage i think when it just crashes. Doesn't matter whether i click "Continue" or try to jump to another date in the calender. My save is now unplayable. Using PCmDaily expansion pack v16 2014nc

Any help here would be hot
