No need to talk about anyone else. Vlatos obliterates the opposition and finishes in a record-breaking 1h04'38, 5'21 ahead of Ioannidis. He overtook the three riders who started in front of him including Ioannidis.
Panagiotis Vlatos winning was a foregone conclusion.
