PCM 2018 help/questions

S0 I have been playing PCM for almost 20 years with various year versions, but new to PCM 2018.

Some quick questions: I can't find where I can pre-assign riders to races. I have fiddled with planner and schedule, but can't see how to do it. I did assign race objectives to the leaders and assigned their teammates, but I like to fill out at least all the major races ahead of time.

U23 only has one race listed in event schedule. Is this right? There used to be around 10 of various types so you could scout the results for the types of riders you wanted.

I am using the PCM DB and all of its 3 updates.

Well, never mind. I found out how to pre plan the races. You just drag the race down to the riders line in planner. (It only took me half the season to figure it out.)

And though only one race shows up in the u23 results and schedule. I do get emails that has other u23 race results and they contain hyper links to the riders of note. I already found one guy that I need to sign that way, and I won't even assign a scout to him. He is 71 OVR and his "evolution" graph looks like microsoft's stock price chart in its hey day. He is at least a 6, but probably a 7 or 8 POT.
