PCM 2019 mods with a variety of stages

So, I played a full season with the non-modded PCM 2019 and it seems that in 2020 there's very little variation in the stages for most races. Is there any mod/database out which offers this? Is there a simple way to get stages made for older versions of PCM in 2019? Thanks in advance for all ideas.

I am planning to test the RSM 2019 DB right now.

If this belongs in the Database section a mod can move it, I put it here because it will probably get the most exposure.

Can stage variants from RSM/PCMDaily 2019 DB for PCM 2018 be imported into PCM 2019 by simply copying them to the Stages directory? That would introduce quite a bit of variation into a longer career.

EDIT: Is there a torrent version of the RSM/PCMDaily DB cause the normal download is taking quite a long time
