Is possible Import Carrer from older PCM to PCM19?

Dear,

I have a doubt, I have a Pro Cyclist carrer in older PCM, It will be amanzing if I could follow this in PCM2019.

Is it possible? Is there any thread with this information?

I have tried to copy DB and it seems that I am able to play a stage or race with this DB. But I¡m not sure if is possible migrate carrer.

I dare to ask you because you have more experience about editing and I'm sure I'm not the first trying or asking to do it.

I'm pretty sure that's not possible.
