EDIT: Nevermind. I just got the skill myself and the button is grayed out after a while. Could use it at the start of the race though. Im guessing its bugged. When i used it a bunch of question marks just appeared over a bunch of close riders.
It's not bugged. It's only useable during the stage (and disables 20 km before finish or so as that would be very op.)
During said effect, you should quickly attack since the two closest riders will not respond for like 2s or so. |
