Training Evaluation
ABridgeTooFar
Does anyone know how to read the new evaluation for custom training programmes? I click the evaluate button but I am not sure how to read the white lines. I am sure they mean fatigue but how will I know if I am maximizing my training potential or I might even be overtraining.

I have the exact same issue!

They do indeed represent training fatigue.

Download this useful spreadsheet for evaluating accumulated fatigue and it's effect on maximum training fitness: https://community....ic&t=59457
