Where the is the stage editor?!

Amateur Posts: 20 Joined: 30-06-2010 PCM$: 200.00	Hey guys Don't know if I am just a special kind of stupid but can't find the stage editor? kinda sucks as I pretty much make a couple of hundred stages for each release every year. Is it just delayed or do I need to find my self a new hobby when i'm watching the TDF? if any of you know anything please let me know before I need to spend 1000 Euro because my monitor has a fist shaped hole in it... Thanks
