I have a problem with my career. I decided to play with CCC Development Team. First season was quite good and I advanced from Continental to Pro Continental.
Now I theoretically can apply for a wild card for World Tour races and can ride in HC races. The problem is that my team is development team of Pro tour's CCC team and every race where CCC team is registered is unavailable for me, so I can't race in any Pro tour race and many of HC ones. My calendar is very weak.
Is there a way to change something in DB to remove this conflict when game creates a calendar? I was looking for anything but cannot find any connection between those 2 teams in database. Help me, please.

Never tried that and I don't have PCM 18. But looking at a PCM 17 save game I see a table DYN_u23_link. If you have that and find your team there... I'd probably try selecting 0 for both main and u23 team in that connection, save under a new file name and see how it goes. But whatever might work, it might only really work before starting a new season (so before January 1st), so you might need to go back to a weekly save from the end of December.
Big thanks man! It was late night when I finished previous season and tried to find a solution, but I missed this tab in db. I removed the line connecting my both teams and it works perfectly.
