Stage 3

Stage Profile

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Races/PT/TONE/TONE3%200.jpg

Martin Reimer pulled off a surprise win yesterday, getting an early jump on the favourites in the sprint and holding off Bewley and Enger. Schar still has the leader's jersey but is expected to lose it after today's stage. Will we see another long-shot take the win today? And who will propel himself to the top of the GC if Schar doesn't pull out a surprisingly strong ride?

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_evo.png Van Avermaet and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_iso.png Kump look to be tiring with 800 meters remaining.

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Races/PT/TONE/TONE3%2038.jpg

It's a three way battle for the win as pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_fes.png Koretzky and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_eav.png Reimer are almost level with pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_evo.png Van Avermaet.

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Races/PT/TONE/TONE3%2039.jpg

And pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_fes.png Koretzky does it! The pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_fes.png Festina rider takes the win on the line! pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_eav.png Reimer too, gets past pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2018/Micro/mg18_evo.png Van Avermaet at the finish to claim 2nd.
