My little adjustment to Update 2 (contains Ineos)

I don't know if an update 3 will be published, so if someone is interested here's my actual database that contains some adjustment from the original Update2 for RSM-news/PCMdaily 2019DB.
I really hope to not be rude to the original creators (also Ineos maillots are not mine, I can eliminate this upload if is a problem)

Contains:
- Full Ineos team instead of Sky (preview:https://ibb.co/V9z4JfW)
- Fixed a dozen new sponsors like Mapei that were in the 3D folder but had no place in the database (so basically they were impossible to play)
- Updated stats after Ardennes and Giro (obviously those are personal, change them to your likes)
- Movistar have now a bigger M on the back of their maillot like in reality
- EFD pink colour is now more shiny
- Groupama FDJ national france maillot fixed
- Fixed some popularity of cyclists and races
- Fixed some sponsor fame
- Also anticipated of one day Tour of Turkey to not make it match with Amstel Gold Race (easy to change if you don't like it)
