General info
I'm doing a career with Lotto-Soudal (WorldDB 19).
During my career I will only use 'automatic strategy duty' on all my cyclists, so I will not control them individually during the 3D stages.
The Team
For years the belgian Lotto team has been a pro tour team, however they always fall short of that other belgian team, Quickstep. Also their dutch lottery counterpart, Lotto-Visma is seen as a better team.
Time for a change, the management is getting a professional overhaul and I take the lead as the new team manager. The goal is to improve the team and no longer be the little brother to Quickstep or Jumbo Visma. This year we will asses what we've got and try to get the most out of the cyclists already in the team. We will work towards a new, more professional and better cycling team with belgian roots and try to have a team that is competitive in classics, sprint stages and grand tours.

The so called 'A players', Caleb Ewan and Victor Campenaerts are the top cyclists of this team. Ewan is a cyclist with a huge future in front of him, and a good sprinter is one of the main things I want this thing to have. I expect a lot of him.
Victor is one of world's best time trialers, I hope he can bring us some victories in important world tour stages, and who knows compete for a world title in that discipline.
The Subtop
A lot of cyclists that can be called sub-top. I hope some of them can make it to the A-list because we're lacking a few extra world top class cyclists before we are in a position I'm satisfied with. Benoot and Wellens should be able to bring home some good victories when having a good day. Bjorn Lambrecht is a guy for the future who's already presenting him as a very good cyclists at his age.
The youngsters
These are the youngsters of our team, as for know only Bjorn Lambrecht is looking very promising and has a more than decent level he's operating at. For the others we will need to see how they are improving this season, we might need to add some fresh talent in the future.
We did it, in the very first race under my control, my 2 australian cyclists Caleb Ewan and Adam Hansen rode a fantastic race. Caleb finished the excellend work of Adam winning the sprint in a group of 8 after a hard race.
I think my last career was with the Lotto Team and I managed to win the Giro with De Gendt after retraining him to a stage racer. Having Ewan is a nice plus and I'm also looking forward to what you can do with Lambrecht.
Definitely looks like an interesting challenge to rebuild them, hopefully you can get the right level of riders in whilst staying true to the teams core.
And using Automatic Strategy in the 3D races will be nice to see if it treats the team the same as the AI teams or not, I know it's only an NC but the first race suggests it might.
Are the images from your tool or has PCM changed that much since the last one I played?
