How to change color of standard helmets and bikes

Hello everyone, I don't know if someone asked this before but is it possible to change te color of the standard helmet?

For example, in PCM 12, this could be changed by entering the code in the editor. How to do it in PCM 16? I put T-shirts 19 years (Movistar) but how to make the helmet is not green but blue? Sorry for my English, I use a translator.

in the table dyn_sponsor is the entry. there is a HEX color code somewhere. Change this and helmet, bike color should also change.
