I played Pro Cycling Manager from 2011-2013. Was thinking of buying again in the near future, but have seen mixed reviews. Can anyone give me an update on what I should know about the new versions and if it is worth it to get the newest version or are there new databases for my older versions?

PCM 18 is probably the best/most fun version imo, but 11 and 15 are all good as well, 11 may still be the best version overall, so take that how you will. If you can find 15 for cheap there is a 2018 db for it I believe and if 18 is on sale it could be worth a shot too, but 19 is only a month away and could be worth waiting to see how the reviews are on that since its so close.

I don't buy every version. I think I've had 2008, 2011,2015 and now 2018. I like 2018 a lot, the races seem harder to me. Easier to miss splits, harder to get clear. Specifically I like the changes to RDC, the popup that tells you the effort required to relay in the break, the transfer system.
