Well, it seems PSV is already champions. 5 points lose from AZ (whom they beat with 3-1 btw), Ajax is in a form crisis sinds their PSV loss (0-1, after that 1-1 twente and 3-0 loss against Sparta...) all of a sudden. And Feyenoord, well nevermind them, they suck throughout the whole season (4-0 loss against Ajax lol)
At any rate, PSV looks to be the strongest, and most boring team at the same time, this season again |

I hope AZ will be able to get the 2nd CL spot in the playoffs.

Well, since 1994/95/96, when Ajax was still top notch in Europe, it has gone downhill from 3 spots to 2, 1 automatic and 1 qualification (it was 2 automatic and 1 qualification)...
now they have a new system, the play offs, which makes the nr 2 till 5 fight out for the qual CL ticket, and the nr 6 till 9 for the uefa cup tickets |

that seems a bit harsh the play-off thing so if you finish 2nd lose the play-off you don't even get into the Uefa Cup, but i guess those are the rules in Holland |

the numbers 6 till 9 fight for the remaining uefa cup ticket. |

However I agree it's stupid. Last year Feyenoord f.ex had 11 points more than Ajax (who were 4th), but in the playoffs Ajax kicked Feyenoord's ass bigtime, and won from Groningen (who were 5th and they beat AZ (2nd)) to go on to the CL pre's...where they were beaten by Kobenhavn after winning away and losing at home, the fools. |
