potential 8 regen probability

I saved 20 savegames at 24th octobre, I loaded all them to go to 25th octobre the day where the game generate regen riders.
After that I opened all 20 games with fast editor in order to look how many potential 8 was generated after 20 times

the result is:
after 20 "seasons"5 potential 8 was generated so I can assert each year of carrer there is a probabiliy of 20% to be generated only 1 potential 8 rider.
So after 10 years 2-3 champions are generated. I think this have totally sense, I agree this probability.

By the way I would like to know how to increase this probability I checked every table on db, on savegame and on LOCAL but I didnt find a parameter to modify this probability

someone knows how to do that?

I remember this community was really great and so skilled about pcm, now it seems it is almost dead and nobody is able to suggest solutions to members asking for on game... Sad

it is no longer possible to change this. as well as the fact that you only get one NewGen per season from each region
