Technical Issues With Stage Editor

Hello
I have PCM 2018 but I have a problem with the stage editor, I wanted to re-export some PCM 2015 stages for my PCM 2018 with the PCM 2018 stage editor, bu at the moment when I want to re-export the zcts files of the stages, appear an advertisement that says Can´t export the stage.
I don´t know which is the problem, I threated to solve it but i couldn´t
Thanks for the help guys.
