My PCM doesn't load any stage

Hi, I started playing PCM 2018 several weeks ago, everithing was fine until this morning. Every time I try to play (single race or career) the game doesn't load the right stage (it loads a fake Quebec-Quebec). I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but the problem perstists, so I think it's not database-related. Any ideas? I attach the log file of my last attempt, I think the key-line is:

16:29:39 | ASSERT ! Failed to open file C:\Users\Simone\AppData\Roaming\Pro Cycling Manager 2018\Temp\decompress.tmp with errno=13:

A bit delayed, but I have the same issue. Did you ever fix this?
