first make sure you've done a fresh install of PCM06 (if you're trying it on PCM07, you can't. it's for 06)
make sure you've installed the latest patch (1.0.0.8)
open the rar file (I suppose you know how to do that. otherwise say so)
inside there's a folder. open it.
inside there are a bunch of folders.
drag them all to your PCM directory (where you have the executable, etc).
when it asks if you want to overwrite or replace files, click "yes to all".
that's it.
any doubts, feel free.
lastly, there's already a thread on this DB. next time search the forum

Wow so i just wasted an hour downloading a file i cant use  whoops
Sorry im new to the whole cycling sim scene,are there any good databases for pcm 07? |

JUST a little while ago, a thread was posted about the new GCT db. their pcm06 DBs were good, so I'd try it if I already had the game 
search the forum for that thread (hint: front page, in the center on the list of recent posts...)
EDIT: be sure to browse the PCM07 downloads. there are already a few good jersey packs, and whatnot.

Yeah i was reading through the contents and it sounds amazing.I was looking forward to trying i.Ah well not to worry im currently downloading the "GCT 2007 Real Name DB",which looks rather good aswell. |
