RSM DB issue

After instaling the RSM 2019DB with Steam it seems to work in general, however there is no equipment showing in game. Is there any way to fix this?

Equipment Files you can not Share via Workshop. You have to visit rsm-news.com Website and from there u can Download all the Files u Need to play. but that is also in the description.
