I can't race in Pro Cyclist mode

Hello,
I have a problem. Like I wrote, I can't race in Pro Cyclist mode. When I launch a race, I can't control my cyclist all the cyclists start to "swing" or something and I noticed my cyclist isn't even in the race. I use PCMDaily 2019 DB and I only added some cyclists and edited some stats. I post pictures here and if anyone would know the solution, I would be very happy.

I have no idea, too. All riders were not injured before the race.

I don't have PCM 18 so can't try it out. I'd try to walk back step by step. Use the db without your changes, I'd hope that works. If it does, make one change, see if that works. Try a different editor maybe if it doesn't. Reinstall completely if all else fails.

I tried to launch the game with your save and had the same bug you described (it's really funny to watch). I don't know what is the problem and never saw this before, you may have edited the db with some errors. I recommend like Ripley to launch a new game with a clean db. It's still surprising because it's quite simple to add some riders and edit some notes, have you done it before or after creating your Pro Cyclist ?
