Could it be possible to remove riders that are too far behind in an one day race. I know this is done irl. For the same reason that i have an issue with in PCM 18.

When your race has a loop, like many have, you keep running into tired cyclists. Many a time they fall right in front of the main group that is lapping them. Why are they still there?

Can we change that for the future?
