Game crashes all the time

My game crashes again and again when I'm starting a 3D race. Some races are all fine, while others crash all the time even though I try to start all over again. I have used the PCMdaily 2019 DB and the WorldDB 19 databases. I have also tried to uninstall the game and delete everything twice, but it still crashes all the time.

Does anyone have any solutions?

Also this message pops up some times when I'm about to start a new career. So I'm guessing it has something to do with this, but I don't know how to fix it.
