Bad graphics design ?

Is it me or there’s a bad graphics design. If you look on the side of the road bottom right or left of the screen the tree or bushes or whatever there is. It seem to stutter a lot not like a graphics card would do sometimes but more of a low frame rate on these 2 spots.

I’ve looked at Youtube and it seems to happen as well to others.

Is it me ?

hii, it is not nice to see the image after downloading. it seem to bad graphic card .so i am taking screenshots by using shortcuts like this https://themacjou...ac-easily/

Never mind, I found out the problem.i’m usiNg GeForce Experience with my other game and it tweak setting automatically. PCM is not listed in it therefore i have to set things my self. I have a Gtx 1060 by the way. Thank you
