Be a Pro: At Full Potential

I have just started PCM 18 the first version I've bought since PCM 15. I have started a Be a Pro game with RSM/PCMdaily 2019DB (which is awesome) and a Climber/Barodeur and I am already emotionally invested.

The game seems noticeably a lot better since 15. I like the training system better, so far, the goals given from the DS are good fun, and the chance to control domestiques sometimes I like a lot also. I got super amped about winning the queen stage on the Tour of Antalya and it made me realise that the early years of Be a Pro are going to be the most fun, and perhaps I want to stop short of becoming the all-conquering Grand Champion

So my question is: what will my rider look like when fully progressed? It lists a range of value for each attribute (something like FLA 77-81, MON 81-85, HIL 79-83 etc). Is my rider going to finish up with all his attributes within those listed ranges, or will he fall a bit short, like maybe I get to something like FLA 75, MON 83, HIL 83?
