In this thread, you can ask your general support questions and report any problems and bugs you find.
Before you do, make sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) thoroughly to see if your problem has been listed there. If the solution offered in the FAQ below doesn't work for you, please mention this in your post to avoid getting your post ignored.
Already reported bugs and the solutions (or fixing progress) can be found in the Reported bugs post below this.
There's two simple rules you need to follow:
1. Don't ask questions about future release dates
2. No PMs to DB Team members. If you need support, we'll provide it in here
Please keep in mind that we're volunteers and we don't get paid to do this. In fact, we built this db up without a single experienced db creator. Most of us are working or studying next to this, so be patient if you don't get a reply or we can't find a solution immediately. |

In this post you can find the bugs that have been reported in the Support requests thread since the latest update of the Expansion Pack. We will explain the bugs and provide you with a (temporary) solution if possible.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the first epic fail of the new expansion pack time is here: I zipped in an outdated .cdb version with very different stats than the ones meant to be in there. Hence we got an updated version of the OfficialRelease.cdb here, please replace the old one with this one after you did the installation.

I'm having problems installing the database.
Like you suggested I deleted PCM 2018 via Steam, I also deleted the leftovers in the folders.
Installed the game again, downloaded your database and installed 'GUI, 3D, CM_STAGES' in the prefered folder (Pro Cycling Manager 2018). I also replaced the OfficialRelease.cdb under /Mod/Default.
But when I go in game, in only see the Default DB (from Cyanide, without any of the correct names) and two DB's from PCMdaily, which were released before.
I do see that there are still 2 links to old DB's under: /steamapps\workshop\content\704230
Even tough I deleted every item of PCM before.
Can you tell me what is going wrong here?

@Blackfog: Most probably the issue is that you deleted all contents and installed our stuff before PCM did the auto-updates. Try to put in our .cdb into the Default folder again after PCM has updated itself, and it should work then. Please tell if that's correct

Thank you very much for this hard work. Are there a lot of changes between this one and the updated one? Because i spent my whole day to plan my season in my career and i dont want to start this again. |

Its very different stats, so its up to you whether that matters that much to you

Tour de France seems to end with the GP Quebec instead of the traditional Champs Elysses stage.
Edit: Same with the Giro
2nd edit: I find that no stage profiles show KOM og Point Sprints. It only shows in the information beneath, but not in the graphics.
3rd edit: Driedaagse De Panne is classified as a "CWT Tours B" race, instead of a CTW Clas B" race as it should be. I'll make a new post soon, haha. Thanks for all the great work

that's a known mistake with the last stages from Giro und Tour.
Just turn off the game and reload it. Already the final stages are recognized.
The bug with Driedaagse will be fixed in the upcoming update.

I already detected a lot of errors, the data base is full of errors, starting with the equipment in the frames of the bikes, few pictures, but without the colors of the teams and they are all of the same color, others in the counter frames in some brands do not appear, few national championships sweaters in teams etc. |

Are you sure you've installed the db including the cdb-fix correctly. Can you please include screenshots of your problems |

can't share your problem. Each team in the DB has its own color. Matching the jersey. Not every frame is multicolor capable in the DB. Bianchi is turquoise and will always be turquoise.
But you are sure you have installed everything correctly? And you are also sure not to speak of the World DB. |

Not a bug or a criticism - just curious. You did not include all the variants from PCM17 in this DB. For example there were two Giro variants by Emmea in the PCM17 DB not in this one. I thought PCM17 stages were fully compatible with PCM18 - so wondering why you chose not to include them. |

I initially had the same problem of every team wearing the same jersey. I corrected this by uninstalling the game once again, then deleting every folder from Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2018 before reinstalling. I also unsubscribed from the World DB on steam to prevent any of these files from being installed.
Then you will have to reinstall again and install the new DB like normal.
