training programmes
rontgen
How do you go about this?

Do you use pre made programmes or design your own? Everytime I try to design a programme I tend to over do it, resulting in lots of fatigue. On the other hand I often find myself not finding premade programmes that fit my season plan (especially if playing with a continental team).

questo
I only use selfmade programmes for my important riders (Menchov, Freire), who I expect to focus on one important goal in the season. I build up their programmes just to win the tour for example.
The rest of my team has to follow premade programmes...

Can you post a screenshot of one of your selfmade programms?
How do deal with workload vs fatigue?

scandal
I'm having the same problem as you.
Playing a continental team (Designa) a use personal plans for 4 of my riders, but the do get a lot of fatigue.

i'm in the same situation as rontgen and scandal. i would like to find a way to know how much fatique my schedule is putting on a rider before i actually put him through it.

Install the patch and voĆla, you can evaluate fatigue when designing training programmes.
