I skipped a few versions (since pcm15). I'm building a DB of my own now. But I noticed that I have no age decline column. Could somebody tell me how the declining works now? And what column I have to use now and how. Because I'm doing a historical DB that needs realism and I know in what season riders have retired so I want them to retire in the same season.
Can any of the DBmakers please help me? Just a guideline or something because google doesn't really solve my question.

No help? Or don't have any idea's? Certainly for historical DB's, just some way to solve that mystery would be nice.
I know in the earlier versions you could tinker with the age decline and the potential and lock the limits to be able to predict a season a rider wil retire.
It's because I want to be able to know when a rider will be retiring when I start my 2004 DB. I guess another way is to check every rider and see when he reitred and in the winter of every year set who will be retireing.
