Ok, total newbie here. I have downloaded the Piste expansion db file and it is a .rar file type. how do I open it etc?

You need a program that can extract the contents of the Rar to your PCM Directory.

Seach Pea Zip in google.

Download that and now you can extract things.

Right click the .Rar file -> Extract To -> My computer -> Program Files -> Cyanide -> PCM 08 -> Done!
