Which section do i mod to make every thing "Excellent" ??

Does anyone know why my game always crashes when i click on the sponsors menu? How do i fix that? i cant go beyond 1st August Sad

I tested equipments and
aero is for Flat stat
ligh is for hil and MON
confort is for COB

what does reliability and Feelings of equipment affects?
