I have and I really hope that someone can help me here.
I play at PCM2015 with the database PCMDaily (V2)
I started a career a few month ago and from the second season, every team with new sponsor has the same shirt (shirt in folder XXX). It wasn't a big problem on season 2 but now (season 5) more than half of the peloton have the same shirt.
In a french forum someone said that I probably did something wrong in the setup...
I opened the database with FastEditor to try to understand what happen, and I noticed that all the new sponsors have their shirt in a folder named "x-sponsor".
Then I checked in the folders and the large majority of the added sponsors has no folder. But some sponsors have one (for example Sporza), but it's still the same shirt in the game...
I don't know what to do. I don't care if each team hasn't the good shirt, but at least a different for each team.
That shirt is the Cyanide shirt and it means that the game couldn't find the jersey, the installation path is crucial.
I don't use that database, but all my sponsors are in their own subfolder. PCM main directory/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team - and then just subfolders. I'm not sure where you found that x-sponsor thing, but at least for me the folders need to correspond to the db/savegame table DYN_sponsor and then the column jersey_sz_abbreviation.

I have all those abbreviations as subfolders (can be longer or a bunch of numbers, too) and in each subfolder there needs to be a xxx_maillot.png. So for 3M a subfolder mmm and in there mmm_maillot.png. Hope that helps.
