RULES
I am tired of the jokes about how many stories I have written so I don't have anytime for that BULLSHIT. This is only my 2nd story on PCM 2008 and the 1st one crashed on a freak accident. The Team will be announced soon and I have pre-written things already for about 8 or 9 posts and it will be much more in depth.It is a custom DB. And if you do know the team, probably just a few people, don't tell.

Background
I am playing on a custom DB based on Dankan RealName DB. I didn't edit any stats except for the players I added. I am playing on Normal and I am so bad that normal will be hard enough . I have a bad graphics card so they won't be beautiful screen shots. The beginning of the story is coming soon. If you want to ask a question make sure you read the first post and then go ahead and ask. I will update the story maybe 5 or 6 times a week maybe less during busy times since i am going to take drivers ed in a couple of weeks. Hope you enjoy.

Some people think that the managers of teams like Astana, Rabobank, Sanier Duval, and other teams like that became what they are overnight. That isn’t true. There are steps and I am in the middle. I feel like I am so close to being a manager of a big team. For now, I am the manager of a good young team, VMG/Felt U23 Team. We have some of the best young talents of America. Our parent team Slipstream has said that I may have a spot on their staff as an assistant manager if I show that I am good enough but I have a 2 year contract with VMG/Felt so my plan is to stay with the team for those year and then see what is out there for me then. My team is a small team led by a couple of good riders. We may not be talented be we are a team of future stars. We have a few sons of former bicyclists.
My personal goals for the team look like this:
Top 30 Rider Continental Tour Standings
Top 10 USA TT Championships
Top 15 USA Championships
Top 20 Team Rankings
Receive a Wild Card for Amgen Tour of California
These are the goals given to me by the sponsors. They are much tougher and will be hard to achieve. They look like this:
Top 10 Amgen Tour of California
Win the USA TT Championships
Stage Win Tour of Georgia
Win USA Championships
Wear Climbers Jersey in Amgen Tour of California
Tough goals like that will be very tough. To get 2 out of the 5 sponsors goal would be great and I expect my team to complete 4 out of 5 of my goals. We also have a list of races that are important to us. The list looks like this:
***Tour of Georgia
***Amgen Tour of California
** USA National Championships
** USA National TT Championships
* Le Tour de Langkawi
* Tour of Britain
We would like to show decent showings in these races and want to become much better known. Days after the season started I got good news. We were invited to race in the Tour Down Under and will even race against parent team slipstream. A great place to show our skills. Even though we were invited to race in the Tour of Qatar also, we will not be able to participate in that race because we have a very small squad and we are sending our whole team too Australia. Our expectations for the race are these:
Top 20 overall
Top 10 stage
Wear a jersey
Our Team Preview will come soon.

Looks great, of course you fail to mention you have Phinney, Summerhill, Stetina, Holloway, etc., etc.
Anyway, two suggestions, one get Holloway a champ jersey somehow, and two, run a parallel Phinney track cycling career

The only problem is the Tour of Pennsylvania isn't a race in the game.
