Level in career mode

Under 23 Posts: 56 Joined: 31-07-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, I started a game in career mode with Bahrein Merida in HARD level, actually I'm in mid of august and I have 3 riders between the top 10 WT standings and my team is leading every clasification. Is it normal? Is Extreme the option? Is there some way to control it and get balance? Thanks Sal a entrenar cuando te apetezca, y si quieres mejorar hazlo cuando no te apetezca.
