its annoying that your green bar can never refill, so you tire quickly on a mountain, plus it always seems like your opponents have everlasting green bars!!!

Green bar is perfectly ok... Maybe you shouldnt try to follow group with 80+(mountain stat) riders with your 50-60 stat rider in steep mountains? |

I think it's the other way around. As in green is fine, yellow is... meh. Seems like my yellow is always running out a few km before the AI's. Makes it somewhat tough at times |

in my case the green bar is never a problem
and to prevent an empty yellow bar you have to get your important rider for that day protected by a teammate. Don't let him attack or something untill the sprint/final climb/the moment that your rivals attack. Like this, his yellow bar will be fully filled at important moments.
that's how cycling works, there's one man to work for, so there are 8 others to do this

Right, i think you misunderstood.
What i'm saying is that the ratio is somewhat off between the AI and the Player. Are you saying it's not or did your mind just wander a bit? |
