Cobblestone stages

Hello,

I am in the process of making a stage filled with cobblestones. I know how to edit the road so it gets cobblestones, but i can't figure out how i change the difficulty of the paves. As i remember it from former games and editing project, it is under ''Camera-->Spline Camera' right? The problem is, whenever i click the 'Spline Camera' button, the editor crashes. Every single time.

Can anybody help me?

Not very related, but not to make a new tread.

How do I rename cobbled sectors, If I override sector name in Camera-->Spline Camera right side panel - it just turn back to "cobblestone1" when i leave it.
