In FM, a striker needs finishing, pace, and so on. Is there a guide in PCM?
What mix of attributes makes the perfect stage race, or climber, or puncheur or sprinter?
Sprinter would need good Sprint, Acc, Sta, Flat, maybe Res.
Puncheur would need good Hill, Sta, Res, Acc, decent Mo, Rec not too important for a pure puncheur as week long stage races don't factor it too much but it doesn't hurt.
Stage Racer, Good Mo, TT, Rec, Decent Hill, Res, Sta
Cobbler, Good Cobbles (obviously), Sta, Res, Flat. Acc and Fighter help but aren't as necessary. need to make sure they survive splits before they get to the attacking selection part but the Acc and Fighter can help with the attacking part once it's down to just the favourites.
Climber would need good Mo, Hill, Sta, Res, Rec, Acc maybe Fighter if you want a guy that will go after KOM's when routes are too TT oriented for a climber and instead favour a Stage Racer.
TT riders just need good TT, Prologue and Flat, Res and Sta might help but not sure.
Barouder needs good Fighter, Acc, decent Sprint and Flat, Hill, cobble or Mo would be needed if you want them in the break on that terrain in particular.
Might have missed something as I've not got the new game yet so some things might have changed. I'm sure others will correct me but that is what I'd recommend looking at for a base at least.
