installation won't start

I downloaded the game yesterday and eveything looked fine.
But when I the double click the exe-file installation breaks down immediatly with the comment that the program is unable to write a file to my temp file.

What kind of problem is this?
And most important: How can I fix this?????

Yep it always good to ask..I hate forums where "old fishes" after your stupid question starting to scream...
meen you are in the wrong page..
its already spoken-ended theme.. etc.
