How to change rider stats (pro cyclist)

I have troubles finding out how to avoid losing my changes on my own rider stats in the pro cyclist gamemode. I know how to change them but when i do, somehow, my pro cyclist stats all go down to 55, any suggestions? Smile

Keep in mind, i'm not the most experienced in "databasing" so keep it simple ( or at least as simple as possible )
