RBC - Spidertech
With Deskel having some technical issues with his laptop at the moment the our amateur team RBC - Spidertech have used Hillis91 to create a wonderful jersey for the team to ride in this year!
Jesse Kaislavuo | All-Rounder | XP: 3.62 | € 5,000 | Potential 3
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 70 | 65 | 69 | 59 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 69 | 66 | 72 | 74 | 69 | 59 | Maxed | 73 | 65 | 71 | 59 | 73 | 73 | 73 | 72 | 66 | 72 | 76 | 70 | 59 |
Jesse joins Spidertech from the MGUCI Pool of talented rider out of contract. The Finnish all rounder is certainly talented and should progress to being a very helpful rider in cobbled races in the future as well as a breakaway specialist.
This season Jesse will be hoping to get into as many breaks as possible and hopefully show he deserves a contract next season.
Benjamin Perry | Cobbles | XP: 1.00 | € 5,000 | Potential 4
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 69 | 63 | 67 | 63 | 67 | 69 | 62 | 67 | 65 | 68 | 65 | 65 | 62 | Maxed | 74 | 63 | 72 | 63 | 72 | 72 | 65 | 74 | 65 | 68 | 70 | 66 | 62 |
Extremely unlucky to miss out on a contract with the PT RBC for the past two seasons (Marc Antoine Soucy just pipped him this season). Ben has taken the opportunity to show management he is ready to step up to that level with a year in the amateur ranks. Very Similar to PT rider Patrick Naud, Ben is equally useful on hills and cobbles as well as on the flat powering after breakaways.
Daniel Pearson | Climber| XP: 1.00 | € 5,000 | Potential 4
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 64 | 68 | 66 | 59 | 68 | 67 | 65 | 51 | 61 | 63 | 55 | 59 | 56 | Maxed | 65 | 75 | 73 | 59 | 69 | 71 | 70 | 51 | 61 | 70 | 62 | 60 | 56 |
The young welshman Daniel Pearson is a form British Junior Road Race champion. A talented climber Dan will work for Jhonnatan De Leon this season hoping to gain experience and show british squads he is worthy of a ride in the Pro Peloton.
Kyle Buckosky | Cobbles | XP: 2.00 | € 5,000 | Potential 4
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 66 | 63 | 65 | 63 | 63 | 62 | 67 | 67 | 69 | 70 | 69 | 72 | 60 | Maxed | 70 | 63 | 66 | 63 | 69 | 66 | 70 | 73 | 73 | 71 | 70 | 72 | 60 |
Sprinter cobbled rider Kyle Buckosky will receive a year experience at his highest level yet with the hope of developing him into a well rounded cobbled rider capable of holding his own in these tough races. He also posses a good sprint finish perfect to grab late places in those cobbled classics.
Jhonnatan De Leon| Climber| XP: 4.100 | € 5,000 | Age 25
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 66 | 73 | 74 | 65 | 67 | 68 | 70 | 51 | 56 | 64 | 67 | 62 | 66 |
25 year old De Leon has been given a chance to show his ability in the hills and mountains despite in the Management's opinion already being at his peak. Young enough to have many years ahead of him yet the Guatemalion climber says he is excited to lead a team with the hope of making enough results to earn a ride in the CT proper next season.
Thomas Stewart| Fighter | XP: 4.100 | € 5,000 | Age 28
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 74 | 54 | 68 | 59 | 72 | 71 | 64 | 62 | 73 | 73 | 76 | 63 | 61 |
Awesome breakaway material Thomas Stewart was surprisingly not picked up by one of the 3 Great British teams in the PCT/CT ranks. A powerhouse on the flat not afraid to attack and with a great sprint to back it up Stewart is the perfect rider to win stages from a select group in a breakaway and a win this year could go along way to showing those teams he's a rider needed in their ranks.
Jakob Rathe| Cobbles | XP: 4.00 | € 5,000 | Potential 4
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 71 | 63 | 66 | 61 | 72 | 70 | 67 | 71 | 72 | 76 | 68 | 62 | 61 | Maxed | 73 | 63 | 66 | 61 | 74 | 71 | 68 | 73 | 74 | 76 | 68 | 62 | 61 |
The 2nd rider on this list very unlucky to not be riding for the PT RBC team. (Rumour has it they have even wrote out the contract before deciding to pursue other riders). Given a chance to Co-Lead on the cobbles this season Rathe is hoping that a string of strong performances will finally be enough to convince a team to take a chance on him in the highest division next year.
Marc Andre Acevedo | Cobbles | XP: 4.100 | € 5,000 | Age 27
| FL | MO | HI | TT | ST | RS | RC | CO | SP | AC | FI | DH | PR | Current | 70 | 64 | 68 | 57 | 67 | 63 | 70 | 70 | 74 | 73 | 54 | 69 | 65 |
Honduras sprinter Marc Andre Acevedo has a diverse skill-set enough to warrant the chance to see if he's got what it takes to turn professional even at the age of 27. Good on the cobbles not bad on the hills and good enough on the flat. His strong sprint at the end of races should help him grab a few strong results this season as well. |
