Scouts and coaches variation

Hi people!

I've started a new career i PCM18.. One thing that really bugs me, is how some free coaches change training method or not showing up at all. The same goes with the free scouts.

I wish to create some sort of standard, so you know what's up, when starting a new game. I've looked into it in Fast Editor and found "gene_i_training_style" and gene_i_scoutwork, but I don't know which numerics to apply for eg. punchers or climbers and so on. Any wizards here know what to do?

Trial and error is the best way to go.
You just see what the guy(s) you allready have is listed as. And then you know the number for their specialaztion and go from there.

Coaches was pretty straight forward with numerics 0, 1 and 2.

Figured out that loading an already started DB makes it somewhat easier.

I'm not sure what the diffenrence between gene_i_TR and gene_i_scoutwork is?

TR seem to be the specialization, but what is scoutwork doing?
