Can't open PCM 2018 editor

Amateur Posts: 4 Joined: 02-08-2018 PCM$: 200.00	Hello, I have a problem opening my PCM 2018 Database editor on Steam. Every time I try to open the app, it just comes up with this message: Could not find file "C:/Users/Tobias/AppData/Roaming/Pro Cycling Manager 2018/Config/lang.xml I hope someone can help me with this problem, because I am very unsatisfied having spend 40 euro on a defect game. Thanks in advance.
