Team Manager Posts: 22246 Joined: 24-11-2007 PCM$: 3900.00	The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams are sent to each dropbox folder. Please check first if the PTHC bands are correct for your team. You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file. Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. You can check this though in the DB. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training nad get an updated rd number. The race clash button allows you to check for race clashes automatically. To check them click the 'Check Race Clashes' button and wait for a text box prompt to appear, telling you the check has been completed. If you can't use macros, then you'll have to manually keep track of which races clash! When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there. --- PCT/CT teams will receive their race planner file once all C1/C2 selection and Wildcard choices have been made.
