A clause to level up from low Level 3, for a CT team, will not be enforced, as it is extremely hard or even impossible to do, depending on the rider.

Teams must reconfirm the deal if they are happy with this.

I accept the loan deal being voided. Don't want to punish sutty for us not being clear on the level up possibilities.
