Azteca will be able to take in your loans, we can/will pay the wages (even for higher priced loanees). Will be able to meet the Lv1->Lv3 clause for riders, especially if they are Avenir eligible. Can also do any level 2->3 or 3->4, only able to do 4->Max on some riders.
As per team rules the biggest drawback is we can only accept riders from the Americas (NA or SA). Pending decision by team sponsors.

Due to requests, the team is currently working with the Sponsors to see if they can get the nationality restrictions lifted for riders who would use the Lv1-3 Clause.
Riders with 100k+ wage likely to be considered with Azteca paying full wage. Would be able to support 2 such riders.

Big News for us! The sponsors have agreed that up to two riders can be loaned in from nations outside of the Americas.
We have both the wage cap and loan cap to make things happen even for high priced riders. Ideally looking for riders going Lv1-3 so the team can make the most out of this decision.
We are still looking to loan in a rider, level 1-3 clause is preferred and we can handle any wage (can cover 200k wage rider + 180k in loan cap available).
Sponsors have agree that any nationality is acceptable for one more rider.
Thanks to those that took in my riders to get better experience! As a team we are still looking to get one more loan IN, where we pay wages for a fee. Ideally a Level 1-3 clause rider is the target.

We have reached the limit of non-Americas riders we are allowed. So no more loans of riders from regions outside of North and South America will be allowed.
