I am running on my second season and i cant figur out witch areas the most potential is for a "future great", and it seems like there is a lack of scouts from diffrent countrys. Any one found the "key" areas for a "future great"?

Theres difficult to know, because the scouting system is a bit more realistic and random this year. But it's still a bigger chance to find a great talent in Italy than Norway.

Try out the areas that was good in last years version.
