No skin colours

Hello

In PCM 2018, I don't have different skin colours for cyclists. I encountered the same problem in PCM 2017, in my own DB and in the default.

In 'tga_skin', everything seems right with the right numbers but I should have forgotten something or something should be wrong in a file.

Can anyone help me please?
