Second Focus in Pro Cyclist Mode

What First & Second Focus in the ProCyclist Career do you choose, what do you choose while leveling up?

a. First = Stage Rider
b. Second = Puncheur
c. Mainly a, because its hard for me to gain process in the game when i am switching between a + b .....

I am playing a Stage Races+Puncheur cyclist.

But when leveling up I choose the best option available. Sometimes TimeTrial or Climber, even Barodeur can have better "rolls" when leveling up.

In my progress I chose Puncher more than Stage Races because Puncher offered me more + skills than Stage Races. But when I got to lvl 17-18, Stage Races was the best, giving up to +4 in mountain.

Do you got all the time your points? Sometimes i got no points when i didn´t choose the main focus ... dont know why ....

Started out as a Climber+Sprinter, sounds like a weird combination but it basically resulted in a rider that can perform well in any mountain/hill stage while also sporadically coming first in a flat race.
Time trial is shit though, so I invested a level in potential for that, I want to win the bigger tours later on.

As GTSilvano said, I basically choose the best option when leveling. If none of the options give me a big boost (only +1's and some +2's in for example barodeur) I spend it on potential.
