This is it. Many of our Norwegian riders will potentially leave if the right offer comes in, in addition to a couple of non-Norwegians with interesting stats. I dare say the common thing for all our riders for sale, is that they can all be leaders in the CT, do well as leaders fighting for top 5s and top 10s in the PCT, or be great domestique riders in the PT with breakaway and fluke results potential, as proven the past two seasons riding with Aker - MOT.
In general, we're looking for cash offers for all of the following riders. Though, if you think you've an interesting rider you want to swap, don't be afraid to throw him in the mix considering a potential deal.
If you're interested in any of the mentioned riders, or anyone in general riding for Aker - MOT, don't hesitate to contact me, either with a PM, on Skype or in this thread. Looking forward to hear from you!

Dylan Teuns was signed last transfer season from the FA market, as a developing project. Now he's fully developed, and he's ready to play a vital role on the hills with his strong abilities combined with strong backup stats and a decent acceleration. He's also strong in the mountains, making himself a very interesting rider for the tougher hilly stages and races, combined with giving him breakaway potential in bigger, mountainous races, like the Grand Tours.

Jo Kogstad Ringheim has all the tools to deliver on the cobbles, whatever division he rides in. Last year he proved that as a key domestique for Matteo Trentin, where he consistently placed in the top 20 and top 30 on the cobbles, but he also had a couple of great results on his own, despite riding in support of Trentin. In the PT cobbles classic Strade Appia Antica he placed 5th, making use of his strong sprint in addition to his abilities as a cobbler, beating riders like Vanmarcke, Summerhill, Senechal, Vanspeybrouck and others in the small group sprint for 2nd place.
He'll be able to lead on the cobbles both in the CT and in the PCT, but could also, as proven last season and in 2016, score top results here and there in the PT, where he will be a top domestique as well.

This is admittedly a difficult one, as Daniel Hoelgaard grew up in the same small town as the team's manager. Though, we must admit he hasn't been able to shine in our colours, and a change of teams could be just what he needs. He's a puncheur that goes better the more difficult the racing gets, as his mountain stat gives him an edge compared to many other similar puncheurs.

Vegard Stake Laengen is a solid stage racer, who has proven able to lead the team in longer stage races in the past, especially the Volta a Portugal, where he has done well with the leadership. He knows a little bit of everything, also handling the time trial bike well, which makes him a rider able to lead CT teams, be a luxury domestique with the odd leadership in the PCT, or more of a solid domestique for PT teams, also being a potential key to any team time trial line ups.

Vegard Breen proved his strength last season when he stormed home to 9th in the cobbled monument Ronde van Vlaanderen. He confirmed his potential and abilities on the cobbles in the Hell of the North, where he got 16th, coming home just two minutes behind World champion and cobbles legend Sam Bewley.

Sigurd Nesset is our true Grand Tour rider, having finished five in a row. In 2017, he ended them 26th, 26th and 19th in the Tour de France, proving he's a safe bet for the lower points in a Grand Tour, where he can also be a breakaway rider and KoM hunter. With his climbing stat, he has the potential to lead the line for a continental team, while he'll most likely be a super domestique in the PCT, but also be capable of taking his own chances.

Daniel Oss is an interesting one, as his stats suggest he's a great leadout rider, with his high flat stat and solid combination of sprint and acceleration stat. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to prove that in Aker - MOT, as our main sprinters haven't been good enough to get a train. What makes Oss more interesting than the usual leadout riders, is his abilities on the hills as well. He handles them well, making him fresh for the finishes on demanding flat stages, that could see him challenge for good placings on his own, if he's given the chance.
Eventhough riders like Rasmus Guldhammer, Eduard Alexander Beltran and Fredrik Strand Galta aren't listed here, everyone is for sale if the right offer is made, but regarding those three, we'll most likely prefer some kind of a trade deal.
