Domestique Posts: 567 Joined: 19-03-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Also make sure to get your good TT riders to take longer relays and your crap ones shorter or no relays. That way your team stay together longer. You could also differentiate the efforts, so that the leaders ride harder than the crappy time trialers. Just make sure that at least five riders finish together and you should be ok.
