Changing my leaders

Hi, having some problems when setting up goals for my riders. It seems that I can not change the leaders of my team, which kinda sucks. I’m Bora and for Bora Maciej Bodnar is one of the leaders because of his high overall rating, which he mainly got due to his TT capabilities. Now, I don’t want to assign helpers to him, as I don’t consider him my leader of the team. I’d much rather have helpers help out Rafal Majka, but because his overall rating is less than Bodnar’s he is considered only a helper. Any way to change the leaders of a team and set Bodnar to helper?
